We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and identify and engage top talent. This is an in-office position that can be located in our Kansas City, Cincinnati, or St. Louis office. A Day in the Life

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing passive candidates, cold calling, and managing active candidates through the interview and offer process

Manage positions, including job creation, postings, and external candidate marketing for specified positions or divisions

Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates

Develop new recruiting strategies and build best practices and procedures for hard-to-fill positions

Screen potential candidates via phone interview and/or in person

Guide candidates through interview process and maintain consistent positive flow of communication between candidates and leadership

Various ad hoc projects requested by Talent Acquisition Director

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in full-cycle construction, engineering or architecture recruiting required

Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo

Familiarity with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system

Experience managing multiple hiring managers and partnering with leadership

Bachelor’s degree preferred
