
Human Resources Specialist

Overview
This role is essential to delivering consistent, professional, and scalable HR experience. By supporting operational excellence, data integrity, and timely execution, the HR Assistant strengthens HR’s ability to serve leaders and employees across the enterprise.
HR Operations & Administration
Provide general HR administrative support, including preparation of announcements, forms, reports, and tracking key deadlines.
Maintain HR document retention standards and ensure compliance across personnel files.
Coordinate and maintain HR SharePoint sites, ensuring content accuracy, usability, and governance.
HR Systems & Data Integrity
Process transactional data changes in UKG, including job, pay, and status updates.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and support reporting needs.
Provide initial employee support for UKG password resets and system navigation questions.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screens, I-9 completion, document collection, and organizational announcements.
Ensure completion of required new hire training, including benefits orientation.
Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews, equipment returns, and system termination entries, including compliance systems.
Talent & Development Support
Support administration and facilitation of Enpro’s global development programs.
Creating and managing post‑session surveys to capture participant feedback.
Support tools and resources available on our intranet.

What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and supporting multiple business units.
Process improvement focused.
