Overview

Executive Search Consultant (Part-Time)
Responsibilities

In conjunction with Talent Acquisition, create a deep and diverse talent pool to service resourcing requirements across multiple business units.
Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand business and skill set requirements and build a strategic hiring plan with vision, strategy, and goals to meet current and future resource demands.
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent landscape understanding, and expectations to establish a collaborative approach with customers and meet demands.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and set expectations on the hiring process per requisition or department as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (including applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system, job boards, advertising, networking, and employee referral programs) to identify qualified candidates.
Monitor recruitment sourcing methods and provide recommendations to improve candidate attraction; offer innovative sourcing solutions and competitive intelligence.
Provide creative solutions for hard-to-fill requisitions in collaboration with the business.
Manage full-cycle recruiting: screen candidates, prepare candidate profiles for hiring managers, submit short-listed candidates, conduct debriefs after interviews, and extend verbal offers of employment to successful candidates.
Ensure data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System and maintain open communication with hiring managers and HR colleagues to meet recruiting needs.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter in a corporate or agency environment
Proven track record in direct sourcing and managing an end-to-end recruiting process
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong business acumen and ability to think and influence strategically
Proven ability to utilize creative recruitment techniques and measure results
Ability to work well with multi-functional teams and with all levels within the organization
Strong problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, facilitating, and partnership skills
Ability to engage and build relationships with line management, employees, and HR at all levels
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands without missing deadlines
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter supporting a CRO or in the Pharmaceutical industry
Experience working in Workday
Experience with a CRM
