We are hiring a
Staffing Coordinator (CNA certified) , a temporary role with the possibility to transition into other positions. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual to maintain resident staffing levels and support quality care.

Responsibilities
As a Staffing Coordinator you will be instrumental in ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet resident needs. Your responsibilities include:
Scheduling employees to meet resident requirements.
Maintaining a master schedule and ensuring coverage for open shifts.
Responding to urgent staffing changes and coordinating coverage.
Ensuring compliance with care standards and policies.
Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois.
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred but not required).
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience, though we consider qualified candidates with potential.
