Job Description
Asvar Law, P.C., one of California's leading workers' compensation firms, is seeking a full‑time associate attorney to zealously represent injured workers. Starting bonus of $3,500 will be awarded.
Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in workers' compensation or personal‑injury litigation.
Excellent writing and English grammar skills.
Ability to handle client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Self‑motivated and resourceful in litigating high‑value cases.
Strong interest in the well‑being of vulnerable clients fighting an unjust system.
English/Spanish bilingual speaker is a plus.
Responsibilities
Handle medical discovery.
Meet client needs and manage client expectations.
Draft pleadings and various legal documents.
Attend depositions and hearings.
