SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST III, BUWORKS, Human Capital Management

Position Overview
Boston University Information Services & Technology (IS&T) is seeking a SAP Functional Analyst III to join the BUWorks team. This role focuses on SAP configuration within Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits (BE), Time (TM), and Payroll (PY) modules. Report to the Assistant Director, HR Applications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and developers to deliver robust solutions following SAP best practices.

Execute and configure SAP modules as specified.

Strategically analyze and design functional documentation based on business requirements.

Participate in project implementations.

Monitor, prioritize and work on product backlogs and support tickets.

Define and execute test phases within project implementations.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S. or equivalent with 5+ years of applicable experience.

Experience in Human Resource policies and SAP HCM and related tools (SAP ERP, Business Suite on HANA, ESS/MSS, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors).

Salary
Salary Grade: Grade 50
Expected Hiring Range: $100,275.00 to $110,000.00. Final salary set based on departmental budgets, qualifications, and internal pay comparison.
