Overview

The FIFA World Cup 26™ will feature 48 teams hosted by Canada, Mexico and the United States, redefining excellence and creating unique opportunities for greater participation and engagement among fans and players across North America and around the world.

Responsibilities

Serve as point of contact for the FIFA Fan Operations Venue Lead on all Fan Services Operations.

Manage Gate Supervisors, ensuring they are briefed and equipped.

Deploy, brief, and oversee Fan Operations volunteers.

Provide critical event and venue information to fans and staff through multiple channels.

Coordinate with Audio Descriptive Commentators.

Oversee Restricted Item Storage across stadiums.

Work with Accessibility team to deliver high‑standard mobility and accessible services.

Maintain and deploy company assets and equipment.

Collaborate with other departments to identify and solve potential issues.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Fan Operations Venue Lead.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Strong problem‑solving skills and quick decision making

Ability to use complex communication pathways and access resources quickly

Effective interpersonal skills for building professional relationships across diverse teams

Adaptability to dynamic environments with rapidly changing situations

Work Experience

3+ years of experience in event management and/or operations roles

Experience collaborating with large teams

Public speaking experience

Leadership experience, particularly with part‑time staff and/or volunteers (plus)

Languages

Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus

Technology

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.

Pay Information
In accordance with Washington's Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the pay range for this position is $28 per hour. The range may not apply elsewhere. The final base pay will depend on education, experience, qualifications, certifications, skills, location, performance metrics, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements and business needs.
