Manage a book of business averaging ~$3M in premium, focusing on middle-market accounts.
Serve as a generalist with a specialization in habitational and condo association accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications / Requirements
Proven experience in commercial account management, preferably with EPIC software expertise.
Strong knowledge of habitational and condo association accounts.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Flexibility to work in a hybrid/onsite capacity in Darien, IL, or remotely within Illinois.
