Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Party Suite Coordinator to join our team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, MO. As a Party Suite Coordinator you will lead a team of attendants, ensuring our luxury suites are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. You'll experience the game day excitement, learn and grow your leadership skills, and be part of a team committed to creating moments that last.

$18.00 - $21.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate premium club, suite, or restaurant staff, including training and providing constructive and corrective feedback as needed.
Create a positive and memorable guest experience by delivering professional and courteous service and maintaining a clean, organized, stocked, and safe area.
Receive and facilitate any premium guests’ and attendants’ requests and orders.
Analyze and resolve problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of the Food and Beverage Manager.
Learn and be comfortable with all food and beverage menu items to effectively complete financial transactions and answer guests’ questions.
Ensure all game day food and beverage orders arrive in a timely manner and quickly address any discrepancies with appropriate area.
Perform end of month inventory for suites pantry.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in front‑of‑house restaurant or food service position, in a high volume environment is required.
Previous experience with a point‑of‑sale (POS) system required.
Excellent guest service skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high pressure environment.
Good communication and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks.
Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
No college degree required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for set‑up, service, and clean up of suite.
Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed.
