We are seeking an experienced Pega LSA Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Pega PRPC, a strong understanding of architectural best practices, and proven leadership skills to drive successful project delivery.
The Role

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design and development of Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Develop high-level and low-level design artifacts, providing technical guidance to development teams.
Configure and customize Pega frameworks, rules, and integrations.
Perform code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of the application.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Assist in defining the Pega architecture and strategy for projects.
Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Pega Developer with LSA certification.
Extensive knowledge of Pega PRPC, case management, and related frameworks.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and design patterns.
Experience with integrations, web services, REST, SOAP, and data management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
