Gen AI Developer - Full Time Role

Design, build, and optimize

Generative AI solutions

using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Gemini)

Develop

prompt engineering strategies

for high-quality, reliable responses

Fine-tune and evaluate language models for enterprise use cases

Integrate GenAI models into applications using APIs and SDKs

Ensure AI outputs are

accurate, safe, ethical, and compliant

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers

Monitor model performance and continuously improve outputs

Stay up to date with advancements in GenAI and AI safety practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

Strong understanding of

Large Language Models (LLMs)

Experience with

Python

and AI/ML frameworks

Hands-on experience with

OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face , or similar platforms

Knowledge of

prompt engineering , embeddings, and transformers

Familiarity with

vector databases

(FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)

API integration and backend development experience
