Overview
We are searching for a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Pre-litigation personal injury case manager to join our legal team. You will talk to clients, medical providers, and insurance companies, assisting with Florida personal injury cases. You should have recent experience from intake up until litigation case handling, as well as demands, closing statements, bill reductions, and closing out cases. We want to hear from you if you want to advance your career in the paralegal profession. Candidate must have recent Personal Injury PRE-LITIGATION case management experience (this is NOT a LITIGATION position) to be considered for this position. This is an IN OFFICE position only. No remote, no hybrid. Must be proficient with case management software and technology – no paper files here. This is a guaranteed salary plus a generous quarterly bonus based on performance.
Responsibilities
Maintain our case filing systems and other administrative activities
Negotiate liens, medical bills, and settlements with providers or insurance companies
Qualifications
Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
Talented verbal communicator and writer
At least 3–5 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting, preferably specializing in personal injury law
Compensation
$58,000-$64,000 per year
