Local Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm (small firm) is adding an additional Litigation Attorney to join a growing firm. If you meet the below requirements and have Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation experience in Nevada, we want to hear from you.
Requirements and Experience:
Licensed to practice law in Nevada
Must have Experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law
A Minimum of 5 years of practicing law with Litigation Experience
Courtroom experience
Trial experience preferred
Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedures and timelines
Strong Discovery skills, propounding and responding
Possess excellent Analytical and Negotiation Skills
Strong Writing and Communication Skills
