We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our established and growing practice in our Atlanta office. In this role, you will gain meaningful, hands‑on litigation experience while developing the skills needed for long‑term success in employment and business litigation.

You’ll receive structured guidance from seasoned litigators and regular performance feedback
Hands-On Litigation Work:
From day one, you’ll take an active role in depositions, case analysis, trial prep, and client strategy.

Attorney Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3 years of litigation experience, including pre- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation, in the areas of employment, premises liability, products liability, and business litigation
Admission to the
Georgia State Bar
in good standing
J.D.
from an accredited law school

Associate Attorney Position Pay and Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 -$120,000 (commensurate with experience), plus bonus potential
Hybrid work schedule (mix of in‑office collaboration & remote flexibility)
