About The Job
Solomon & Co., Advocates & Solicitors is looking to expand its Real Estate team. They invite applications for the following positions.
Eligibility
Sr. Associate | PQE: 5-10 yrs | Real Estate
Associate | PQE: 1-5 yrs | Real Estate
Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in conducting title due diligence across India, with knowledge of relevant local laws;
Proficiency in handling property transactions and redevelopment matters, including interpreting revenue records such as 7/12 extracts & property cards, and drafting sale, lease, and license agreements.
Strong understanding of RERA, DCR, town planning, and local property development regulation
