with a strong and stable litigation practice is seeking a
Commercial Litigation Associate
to join its growing team. The firm has built a reputation for consistent work in
commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, and foreclosure matters .
What You’ll Do:
Manage a docket of commercial litigation, collections, and foreclosure matters with significant autonomy
Take and defend depositions; drive discovery strategy
Handle regular court appearances and case progression
Advise clients on litigation strategy and resolution paths
What They’re Looking For:
2+ years of litigation experience
(commercial preferred, open to other areas)
Strong interest in litigation and client-facing work
Demonstrated stability in career progression
Ability to independently manage matters in a lean team environment
Must be
based in Long Island
