Position Summary
This is a full‑time,
on‑site role in Arizona (AZ)
responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and technical support of an Epicor ERP environment. The Epicor Technical Specialist will own ERP system stability, performance, and upgrades, including leading a transition to
Epicor Kinetic 2024 . This role works closely with IT, Operations, Finance, and other business teams to support ERP improvements, reporting, integrations, and automation initiatives. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, technical configuration, SQL‑based work, and driving continuous ERP optimization.

This role will play a key part in modernizing and optimizing the Epicor ERP platform to support continued growth.
Qualifications / Skills
5+ years of hands‑on Epicor ERP experience in a technical role, including system administration, module configuration, user support, customization, and issue resolution
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory control, supply chain, and financial processes
Proficiency in
C#, .NET, SQL, BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, and ODBC connectivity , including dashboards and custom development
Experience supporting ERP upgrades and implementations
Proven experience customizing and integrating ERP systems with a focus on scalable, adaptable business processes
Familiarity with
DocStar ECM
and
Epicor Financial Planner
is a plus
Experience with
Epicor REST APIs , Application Studio, or other low‑code / no‑code tools preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with a history of supporting cross‑functional teams
Responsibilities
Own and manage Epicor system configuration, data migrations, and integrations to meet evolving business requirements
Lead ERP initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders
Provide day‑to‑day Epicor support, resolving functional and technical issues such as posting errors, MES transaction gaps, and inventory discrepancies
Design, develop, and deploy ERP solutions using C#, .NET, BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, APIs, dashboards, DMT, and customizations
Coordinate testing, validation, and documentation for ERP enhancements, fixes, and upgrades
Lead implementations of key system integrations, including Epicor Financial Planner and DocStar ECM
Develop deep understanding of operational processes and leverage ERP capabilities for continuous improvement
Monitor ERP performance and proactively address system issues to ensure stability and reliability
Support SOP creation and lead user training initiatives
