bRole Overview

We are seeking a skilled

OT Network Engineer

with strong experience in industrial/operational environments (energy, utilities, manufacturing, or transportation). This role focuses on

network operations, deployment, security, and automation

across critical infrastructure systems.
bKey Responsibilities

bNetwork Operations & Monitoring

Monitor network health, performance, and availability across OT environments
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and respond to alerts
Analyze logs and support incident response & restoration
bConfiguration & Deployment

Configure and deploy routers, switches, and firewalls
Execute migrations and device cutovers using standard templates
Support circuit installations and perform post-deployment validation
bSecurity & Compliance

Ensure adherence to network/security standards
Support audits, patching, and vulnerability remediation
Maintain secure configurations and monitor unauthorized changes
Integrate devices with authentication and logging systems
Maintain network diagrams, IP documentation, and SOPs
Contribute to knowledge base and ensure version-controlled changes
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field teams
Provide regular updates to stakeholders
bAutomation & Improvement

Develop scripts/tools for deployment and validation
Support automation workflows and streamline processes
Assist in lab testing prior to production rollout
bRequired Skills & Experience

Strong networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls)
Hands-on experience with

DMVPN and BGP (must-have)
Experience with routers, switching infrastructure, and network operations
Proven experience in configuration, deployment, and implementation
