
HashiCorp Engineer

Job Overview
NO C2C. W2 ONLY. MUST SIT ONSITE IN CHANDLER, AZ 3 DAYS A WEEK. TEKsystems is currently looking for a CyberArk or HashiCorp Engineer that will be responsible for designing, building and operating a highly secure, resilient, and scalable secrets management ecosystem across multiple deployment lanes (Dev, UAT, Production), with support for primary and disaster recovery (DR) clusters. Candidates must have a deep understanding of Active Directory and database integrations, strict availability, security, and compliance requirements support required. The ideal candidate has recent hands‑on experience with both platforms HashiCorp Vault and CyberArk, and understands how to define clear ownership boundaries, integration patterns, and operating models across both platforms in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and operate enterprise‑grade HashiCorp Vault environments, including primary and DR cluster pairs, multiAZ / multidatacenter resilient architectures, lane-based isolation (Dev / UAT / Production).
Engineer and support Password Vault solutions for privileged and service account password management, credential rotation, and policy enforcement.
Define clear functional boundaries between human and interactive privileged access, nonhuman, noninteractive identities, and application secrets.
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with CyberArk or HashiCorp.
Experience with HashiCorp Vault, PAM modernization, or similar credential management tools.
Understanding of compliance frameworks related to PAM (SOX, FFIEC, ISO controls, etc.).
Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Skills
CyberArk, Identity Management, PAM, Privileged Access Management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
