Stewards VISTA: Digital Mobilization Coordinator EPCAMR P2Y1

Eastern Pennsylvania Coalition for Abandoned Mine Reclamation (EPCAMR) is a nonprofit organization focused on reclaiming abandoned mine lands and restoring watersheds impacted by acid mine drainage in the Northern Anthracite Coal Region. This AmeriCorps VISTA project builds organizational capacity by developing internal communications, branding, and information‑management systems for EPCAMR’s programs.
Member Duties

Develop internal communications and marketing frameworks, including branding guides, infographic templates, and social media standards.
Create staff‑ready outreach toolkits for watershed monitoring, assessment, and reclamation initiatives.
Produce documentation systems for event promotion and develop content‑management structures for website and newsletter updates.
Establish internal processes for recognizing volunteers, staff, and community partners.
Compile templates and documentation for long‑term storytelling strategies.
Conduct research on best marketing practices to inform organizational communications planning and strengthen outreach infrastructure.
