Position: Entry to Baccalaureate Faculty - Multiple Specialties (Med/Surg, Public Health, Psych/Mental Health). Full time appointment.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate clinical and didactic courses, with summer teaching required.
Maintain clinical practice competence and pursue scholarly activity.
Participate actively in professional organizations and nursing faculty governance.
Perform administrative duties, including program recruitment, application review, student advisement, regulatory compliance, student placement, and curricular review.
Collaborate with nursing colleagues and other disciplines.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree (PhD, DNP, or EdD) required or currently in progress.
Current clinical experience in at least one of the following specialties: Medical/Surgical, Public Health/Community Nursing, Psych/Mental Health.
Strong teaching background and experience with undergraduate nursing courses.
Current RN licensure or eligibility for RN licensure in New Jersey.
Preferred: experience teaching foundational nursing courses, academic leadership experience, scholarship (publications, presentations, grant funding), community or professional organization participation.
