Preferred nationally certified. Documentation verifying current certification shall be provided by the Contractor to the VA COR upon award of the contract.

Hours/Shifts
The employee may also be required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime. However, on-call or standby duties will NOT be required.
Contractor’s personnel shall be available and present during specified tour of duty hours at their assigned VAMC, which may be revised as deemed appropriate for patient care by the Chief of Staff.
Technical Requirements
The employee will perform patient phlebotomy, including inpatient ward rounds, inpatient and outpatient, Emergency Department (ED), STAT and ASAP, and timed draws. The employee will be expected to perform sample processing.
