Requirements
At least 2 years of RN experience
Experience in MedSurg
Valid RN license
Willingness to obtain North Carolina licensure
Responsibilities
Deliver specialized care to patients in acute and subacute units
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care
Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document outcomes
Advocate for optimal patient experience and support recovery, safety, and continuity of care
