Job Summary
Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract RN Labor and Delivery (L&D) nurse for a 13‑week assignment in Newton, Massachusetts. The contract requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts.
Responsibilities
Care for women during labor and childbirth.
Monitor mother and baby, coach mothers, and assist physicians.
Prepare patients and families for stages of giving birth.
Assist with breastfeeding after the baby is born.
Compensation & Benefits
$600 travel bonus.
Day‑1 health insurance with United Healthcare.
Paid time off (PTO) plan – start accruing at day 1; use during contract or cash out at end.
Guaranteed stipend if facility cancels.
Extra hour bonus for working over weekly contracted hours.
Guaranteed hours.
