Pay Range:
$24.00-$28.00 dependent on experience
Park Veterinary Hospital is a full-service animal hospital and urgent care center serving Durham, NC. With a busy, high-energy practice supported by eight dedicated doctors, we deliver exceptional veterinary care while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment. We’re currently seeking both full-time and part-time RVTs to help us provide compassionate care and maintain smooth operations across our growing practice.

Key Responsibilities
Procedure support: pre-op checks, induction assistance, primary anesthesia monitoring, recovery oversight.
Clinical operations: room tech duties, triage support, treatments, clear charting, and inventory/restock.
Client experience: translate medical jargon into friendly guidance and education. Set expectations and follow-up appropriately.
Safely handle and restrain patients with confidence and compassion.
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans and care instructions.
Support workflow efficiency and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed RVT in North Carolina with 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience.
You are available and willing to work rotating weekend shifts.
Confident with anesthesia monitoring and handling patients of all sizes and temperaments.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rotating weekends.
Strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
Lifelong learner excited to expand skills and stay current with veterinary best practices.
Bonus: Fear-Free training and/or anesthesia-specific CE credentials.
