Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will join an established team of RTs who share your passion for delivering highly specialized cardiopulmonary care to patients experiencing breathing issues. You will play a key role in providing treatments ranging from breathing techniques and nebulizer treatments to ventilator management, oxygen therapies, and external ventilation support. Each day you will apply assessment skills and critical thinking to manage diverse patient needs, develop effective care plans, and maintain calm, focused intervention in both routine and emergent situations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and administer non-medicated aerosol and humidity therapy.
Plan and administer oxygen therapy (including implementation of oxygen therapy protocol where appropriate).
Plan and administer aerosolized medication and specialty gas therapy.
Lead the COPD care program.
Perform airway management.
Plan and administer incentive spirometry.
Sign On Bonus up to $25,000 and Student Loan Payback up to $24,000 for Eligible Hires*.
Required Qualifications
Associate of Science in Cardiopulmonary Services or equivalent, upon hire.
Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory therapy educational program, upon hire.
Respiratory Care Practitioner: KY, upon hire.
Certified Respiratory Therapist, upon hire.
Basic Life Support (CPR), upon hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 days of hire.

Pay Range
$24.88 – $37.00 per hour.
