We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team to provide compassionate, individualized care to primarily geriatric patients in various senior living communities.
As an SLP at H2 Health, you will assess and treat patients with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders, including dysphagia, cognitive impairments, and neurological conditions. You'll work one-on-one with patients, tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders (e.g., dysphagia, cognitive impairments, neurological conditions).
Provide one-on-one therapy, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active CCC-SLP license in the state of practice
Experience working with geriatric patients and in dysphagia management preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and independent decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
