ISAIAH is seeking a Southern Minnesota Congregational Organizing Fellow to engage with faith communities and strengthen leadership across racial, economic, and class lines. The fellow will work closely with organizers to drive grassroots campaigns, facilitate community meetings, and lead public actions advocating for justice. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, committed to social justice, and have the skills to build relationships within diverse communities. Introductory salary is $55,000, offering full-time, temporary employment for 6 months.
