Impactful CSFA - Surgical First Assistant

Norton Healthcare is looking for a Certified Surgical First Assist to join their team in Whitner, Kentucky. In this role, the CSFA will perform critical tasks during surgical procedures under the supervision of a surgeon, including holding retractors and applying dressings. Candidates must meet credentialing requirements, with a preference for those with one year of experience as a surgical assistant. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with certification as a Surgical First Assistant or Surgical Assistant Certified.
