Registered Nurse Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse provides direct care for patients under the guidance of physicians and treatment teams, maintains a safe and supportive environment through safety checks and crisis management, documents patient care, and upholds the core values of the center. This part‑time position is from 7 am–3 pm, three days per week, with opportunities for overtime and shift coverage.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Assess and respond to medical needs of patients under physician guidance.
Conduct safety checks and implement appropriate behavioral management techniques.
Maintain the core values and mission of Hampton Behavioral Health Center.

Qualifications
Current New Jersey RN licensure; BSN/BS preferred.
Minimum one year psychiatric nursing experience, or two years medical/surgical experience with proven leadership, strong clinical skills, and high motivation.
Graduate of NLN accredited program preferred.
ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification preferred.
CPR certification required.
