40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts (40/30/45 periods)
Responsibilities
Provide speech‑language therapy to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a play‑based, holistic approach.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support each patient’s progress.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and outcome data.
Utilize the clinic’s farm and outdoor environment to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
Qualifications
Valid clinical license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in the state of Arkansas.
Board eligible is preferred; acceptance of CCC or CFY licensure is considered.
Experience working with pediatric populations, including dyslexia and related language disorders.
Ability to work independently in a travel assignment and coordinate scheduling with the travel agency.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel on assignment.
