Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in‑home care for a client in Columbus, Ohio (43220). The position is part‑time and located in Columbus, OH 43220. This role offers a consistent weekly schedule and the opportunity to support a client’s comfort, safety, and independence at home.
Schedule
Every Friday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Health & Safety Requirements
COVID-19 vaccination required
Current seasonal flu vaccination required
Key Responsibilities
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility support, transfers, and assistance with walking
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
Provide companionship and support
Monitor and report changes in condition to the care team
Follow care plans and safety guidelines
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Same‑day pay option available (ZayZoom)
Flexible scheduling with steady daytime hours

Qualifications
At least 1 year of home care, caregiving, or home health experience preferred
Strong communication skills in English to effectively communicate with the client and care team
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Good time‑management and organizational skills
