Your Role
Deliver high‑quality care: Provide hands‑on nursing care aligned with individualized care plans.
Coordinate and communicate: Collaborate with doctors, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
Monitor resident wellbeing: Assess and document changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately.
Administer medications and treatments: Safely and efficiently manage medications and medical interventions.
Promote a safe environment: Uphold infection control and safety procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
Lead with compassion: Support and guide CNA staff while fostering a positive and professional team dynamic.
Requirements
Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
Previous experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Dedication to providing compassionate, resident‑centered care.
