Sunset Care Homes is a group of private residential care homes dedicated to providing a safe, healthy, and caring environment for seniors. Our compassionate team offers an alternative to traditional nursing homes and assisted living, focusing on adding value to our residents' lives in a home-like setting.
Sunset Care Homes LLC is searching for two immediate hires to work throughout the week on the 3p-11p shift and with alternating weekend shifts required for experienced Certified Nurse Aides, Home Health Aides or very qualified Personal Care Aides. Nursing home, assisted living, or residential care home experience preferred. Our shifts are in Virginia Beach in a small home setting with a limited number of residents. At least one aide is in the house 24/7 to care for all needs.
Paid training and complete orientation is available as well as OVERTIME when available for those who want to work. Additionally a great 401K PLAN and INSURANCE is available for the qualified employee.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Nurse Aide or similar role in senior or healthcare settings.
Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Certification as a Nurse Aide preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Nurse Aide role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in seniors' lives.
