Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, professional nursing care within a multi-specialty clinic setting. This role supports patients across the continuum of their clinic experience by performing assessments, coordinating care, addressing clinical needs in person and through patient communication channels, and ensuring safe, high‑quality care delivery. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic team members to promote positive patient outcomes, efficient workflows, and an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, clinical support, patient education, follow‑up, and ongoing care coordination aligned with Prevea’s professional nursing standards and in accordance with organizational policies, and state regulations.
What you will do
Perform timely and accurate patient assessments across a variety of clinical situations, whether through in‑person encounters or patient communication channels. Using sound clinical judgment, the RN identifies patient needs, evaluates symptoms, and supports care decisions in partnership with providers, escalating concerns that require urgent attention.
Provide comprehensive nursing care by delivering a full range of services such as rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications and vaccines, assisting with procedures, performing clinical tasks and interventions, and supporting provider visits. This includes ensuring patient comfort, maintaining safety, and communicating clearly to promote understanding and trust.
Respond to patient questions, concerns, and symptom changes through phone calls, electronic messages, and direct interactions. This includes offering patient education, self‑care guidance, and next steps based on established practice standards. Assist with care coordination by supporting care plans, communicating results, and arranging referrals. Coordinate follow‑up appointments and timely interventions to support continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and high‑quality clinical documentation, capturing assessments, interventions, communications, and follow‑up in the electronic medical record. The RN adheres to regulatory standards, infection control practices, and privacy requirements, and participates in quality improvement activities.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and other team members to support coordinated workflows and efficient clinic operations. This includes participating in team huddles, sharing insights, demonstrating adaptability, and contributing to a positive, solutions‑focused team environment.
Support overall clinic operations by adapting to fluctuating patient volumes, schedule changes, and varying needs across the clinic. This includes assisting in maintaining supplies, equipment, and a safe clinical environment while demonstrating reliability, flexibility, and a consistent commitment to patient‑centered care.
Education & Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited and approved Nursing program – Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
Skills and Abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles, clinical practices, and patient care standards.
Ability to adapt to multiple specialties and work effectively across a variety of clinic environments.
Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and clinical decision‑making skills.

CPR/BLS Certification – Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from an approved program – Upon Hire Required
Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be required depending on specialty area.
