Responsibilities and Qualifications
Assist patients in regaining skills needed for everyday life under guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Follow treatment plans developed by supervising OTR and document patient progress according to facility policy.
Work a 5x8 day pattern (08:30–16:30) with a 30‑minute meal period.
Provide care to geriatric populations using SNF equipment such as adaptive seating, orthotic devices, and ADL training tools.
Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active New Jersey COTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC.
Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift: Days.
Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
Work pattern: 5x8.
Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per client guidance, scheduled 40 hours.
