
Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU - Weekend Option

Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe, cost‑effective manner, demonstrating skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource management. The RN will work collaboratively with a great team in a 32‑bed unit with a complex patient population that includes renal, cardiac, neuro, bariatric, critical stroke, multi‑system failure and overflow for ONS.

Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
Preferred Experience
2 years of recent PCU RN experience.
