Riverside Community Care is seeking a Culture and Belonging Intern for the Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 academic year. This unpaid internship offers opportunities to enhance skills in event planning and internal communications while working under the VP for Culture & Belonging. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. Responsibilities include planning employee events, supporting professional development, and collaborating with Employee Resource Groups. Availability for key events is necessary.
