Responsibilities
Evaluate patient conditions.

Maintain accurate treatment records.
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
Active Virginia PT license (PT Compact accepted).
Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
BLS certification.
One reference in entire work history.
Social security number.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with travel assignments.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $1817.00–$1872.00 per 8‑hour shift (subject to confirmation).
