Care Delivery

Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to AccordCare clients in accordance with the established Plan of Care

Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and activities of daily living

Perform basic healthcare services, including taking vital signs and providing medication reminders

Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Safely drive and escort clients to appointments, errands, and social activities

Requirements

CNA or HHA Certification, as applicable, required

CPR Certification, online courses not accepted

TB Test or Chest X‑ray within last six months

Ability to pass background check and drug screen
