Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Help with transportation and errands
Support with personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene)
Follow and implement individualized care plans
Communicate professionally with families and team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Willingness to complete all employment requirements
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Clean driving record
Prior home care experience preferred (CNA/HHA a plus)
Access to a smartphone and email
Strong respect for client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude
