About the Opportunity
Hawai‘i Pacific Health is seeking a motivated and driven
Nurse Practitioner
for a
full-time
employed position to join our team on the island of
O‘ahu .
What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality anesthesia care for a wide spectrum of adult surgical cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ENT, gastroenterology, plastics, and other subspecialties
Practice within a collaborative, physician-led care team alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs, supporting safe and efficient perioperative care
Assist with perioperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative care in accordance with clinical protocols and best practices
Actively support a department culture focused on patient safety, professional excellence, education, and ongoing quality improvement

Qualifications
Current APRN license in good standing
Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License
Current Hawai‘i Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card
Two (2) years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner in related field

Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children
Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai‘i’s only maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawai'i’s leader in the care of women, infants and children. With 253 beds, the not-for-profit medical center delivers an average of 6,000 babies per year and is also a medical teaching and research facility. Specialty services for patients throughout Hawai'i and the Pacific region include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care, critical care air transport and high-risk perinatal care. Over 1,400 employees and more than 700 physicians provide specialty care at Kapi‘olani. The medical center is home to the Kapi‘olani Women’s Center and the Women’s Cancer Center, and offers numerous community programs and services, such as specialty pediatric clinics, the Kapi‘olani Child Protection Center and the Sex Abuse Treatment Center.
