Now Hiring: Full-Time Bilingual Clinical Assistant (English/Spanish)
Locations: Sunrise & Coconut Creek Schedule: Full-Time | Minimum 40 hours per week, Saturday availability required
We are seeking a full-time bilingual Clinical Assistant who is fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, clinically experienced, and demonstrates excellent bedside manner and customer service skills, with the flexibility to work at both Sunrise and Coconut Creek locations, including Saturdays.
Requirements:
Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish (required)
Minimum 40 hours per week availability
Saturday availability required
Ability to work at both Sunrise and Coconut Creek locations
Proven experience in venipuncture
Experience performing EKGs
Familiarity with specimen processing and handling
Excellent bedside manner and strong customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing venipuncture and EKGs
Assisting with specimen collection, labeling, and processing
Providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Supporting providers and nursing staff with clinical tasks
Ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and patient safety standards
