Technician Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform maintenance and system inspections
Recommend repairs or upgrades when needed

Complete service reports and documentation
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Professional appearance and communication
Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
Bonus (If Applicable)
EPA Certified (required)
Experience with split systems, package units & mini splits
Ability to work on-call rotation
