
LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapist – Outpatient Counseling

Compensation
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full‑time clinicians.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Prefer candidates with experience counseling children, couples, or families.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution and on track to obtain licensure in the designated field.
Current clinical licensure (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, etc.).
Experience completing treatment plans, DAs, and clinical case notes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Timely completion and submission of documentation and other service records.
Comfort working with a diverse client base.
Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant experience a plus).
