Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration / Foodservice Equipment Service Technician to join our growing service team. This is a field-based role performing equipment service, troubleshooting, and limited installations at customer sites across PA, WV, and parts of MD using a company‑provided service vehicle.
This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and working independently while representing a well‑established company.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment
Troubleshoot electrical systems (single & three‑phase, varying voltages)
Perform preventative maintenance and limited installations
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Maintain accurate service documentation
Participate in a rotating after‑hours on‑call schedule
Required Experience & Qualifications
2–3+ years of commercial foodservice or refrigeration equipment service experience
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Strong refrigeration troubleshooting experience
Solid understanding of electrical systems, controls, and voltage
Mechanical aptitude with strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Clean driving record
Own basic hand tools
Strong customer service and communication skills
