Job Description
The second shift is Monday-Thursday from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm and includes a 10% shift differential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
General labor including loading and unloading cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function and flow testing, bagging, packaging, and other duties that pertain to all areas.
Operate microscopes, profilometers, lapping machines, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers, and leak, flow and function testing equipment.
Operate ultrasonic wash, electro polish, and insert installation stations.
Monitor supplies and use the material replenishment reordering system.
Follow and perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
Cross‑train and assist other production areas depending on the schedule.
Occasionally work in clean rooms, clean lines, or assembly areas as required.
Understand and follow Talon’s standard operating procedures for manufacturing duties.
Use required PPE properly, including coveralls, boots, hairnets/headcovers/face shields, gloves, etc.

High level of production skills.
Clean room experience.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
Understanding of controlled process regulations.
Computer applications such as MS Office products.

Lifting up to 25 lb occasionally.
Lifting up to 50 lb rarely.
