Shift and Weekend Differential Rates offered.
Responsibilities
Administer medication according to residents' care plans.
Perform treatments as assigned per physician’s orders, within the scope of practice.
Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care, including signs and symptoms of change.
Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Other duties as assigned by management (Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator).
Qualifications
Must have an Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Computer knowledge required.
Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
