Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Night Auditor to join our team on a part‑time basis. This position is responsible for performing night audit duties and ensuring smooth operations during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will have experience working at The Element by Westin or a similar hospitality environment.
Schedule
Sunday and Monday nights only
Part‑time hours
Key Responsibilities
Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reports
Balance and reconcile daily accounts and prepare audit reports
Provide excellent guest service during overnight hours
Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Maintain security and safety standards throughout the property
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Night Auditor preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Basic accounting and computer skills
Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
