Responsibilities
As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care by supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education, instilling a positive and inclusive culture, ensuring infection prevention practices are maintained, and ensuring adequate staffing for resident needs.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse license. Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferable.
